It is possible to get to the heart of the problem by natural means. A great thing about the natural methods is that it does not leave you in a position of just waiting around like a sitting duck when the next panic attack strikes you.
Yes, medication will lower the frequency. But what do you feel when you are in the middle of experiencing it. Are you in a state of horror, and pray to God that it won’t kill you or end up giving you a heart attack?
A reliance on natural methods to cope with these attacks will leave you in a much better position to deal with panic attacks. The medication will reduce the number of attacks, but natural coping techniques can and will alleviate that horrible feeling associated with them by providing the necessary tools to help you defend yourself from such an attack.
